**What will you be doing at Agristo?** As a Technical Trainer, you play a crucial role in the learning and growth of our potatoholics.

* You will provide training for new employees in the 1st weeks to months as far as training in the packing department is concerned. Safety is a priority here. * You also have the appropriate hybrid learning offer ready for the development of our experienced employees. You develop various learning actions both digitally and face2face depending on the learning needs and goals * You provide training both in class and on the shop floor. * Together with the L&D Advisor, you develop the required material. You constantly evaluate the efficiency of the learning solutions and optimise where necessary. * You integrate various pilot installations and tests into your training sessions to ensure practical application. * You monitor your participants' progress and provide the necessary feedback. * You also strive for close cooperation with the various parties: employee, manager, buddy, process engineers, ... and make every step in the training process negotiable. * You manage all actions in our Learning Management System. * To ensure that your training courses remain relevant, you keep yourself up to date with the latest developments in your expertise. * You work together with the team within your campus to develop a growth mindset and learning culture within your area of expertise.
