Technical Support Representative - Cubao, QC

About this role

We are looking for TSRs to join a fast growing account in Quezon City. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to valued clients through effective communication, problem-solving skills, and customer profiling. Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of customer interactions Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes Provide product and service information to assist customers with their needs Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets Requirements At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) with or without BPO Experience Must have at least 9 months of BPO Experience Must have basic trouble shooting skills Must be conversant in both spoken and written English Amenable to work fully on-site in Cubao, Quezon City Amenable to work on shifting schedule Can start ASAP Benefits Free HMO Free Dependents Night Differential Program Incentives
