Your responsibilities as a **Technical Support Officer**:

As a **Technical Support Officer**, you are the first point of contact for customers who need technical assistance. You primarily support French-speaking customers, while also communicating regularly in English with colleagues and customers from other countries.

* Provide technical support to customers regarding software, hardware, and connectivity issues. * Assist customers via phone, email, and remote support, primarily in French. * Analyse technical issues and work together with customers to find the most suitable solution. * Guide customers through software installations, updates, and configurations. * Accurately register and follow up on support requests in the CRM system. * Escalate more complex issues to specialised colleagues when necessary. * Work closely with colleagues and other internal departments to resolve complex technical queries.
