Here in Machelen, you will be handling incoming communication from internal and external stakeholders and be responsible for:

* Following strict internal guidelines to ensure a high level of reporting quality for medical matters.
* Processing and updating projects in SAP.
* Monitoring POs and shipments.
* Escalating more complex problems to the specific departments, which could be regarding accounting or more technical issues. It depends on the problem!
* Logging and archiving of reports and contracts.
* Backup for other administrative tasks.

* A replacement contract for someone leaving the company, so a fixed employment position is the goal.
* Fast start-up-the faster, the better!
* International environment.
* Wage around 2,800-3,000 EUR before tax.
* Meal vouchers: 8 euros
