You'll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and screen software engineering candidates across levels, and act as a subject-matter expert on sourcing strategy and market mapping.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p> <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Own end-to-end sourcing pipelines for software engineering roles (backend, full-stack, infrastructure, etc.) using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Juicebox and other sourcing tools</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Craft and execute personalized outreach campaigns to passive candidates, iterating on messaging based on response data</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Conduct in-depth phone screens to assess qualifications, motivation, and fit</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role requirements, build search strategy, and calibrate candidate quality</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Build talent maps and competitive intelligence on target companies/talent pools</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline status in the ATS</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Track and report on sourcing metrics (response rates, pipeline conversion, time-to-fill) and adjust strategy accordingly</li> </ul> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></p> <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">3–5 years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience (agency or in-house)</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong track record sourcing for software engineering roles, with solid understanding of engineering concepts, tech stacks, and terminology</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially for candidate outreach and stakeholder management</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools (Boolean/X-ray search, GitHub, etc.)</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Highly organized and able to independently manage multiple open roles at once</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Able to work onsite in Mountain View, CA for the duration of the contract</li> </ul> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p> <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience sourcing for AI/ML or data roles</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)</li> <li…
