What you will do: - Drive commercial growth by identifying sustainable energy opportunities. - Manage technical sales pipelines for industrial clients. - Conduct customer visits and deliver technical presentations on energy solutions. - Perform preliminary technical assessments, load analysis, and ROI evaluations. - Coordinate with engineering teams to prepare system configurations and proposals. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies. - Develop customized technical proposals for complex industrial CHP energy projects. - Lead technical clarifications and contract negotiations during tendering stages.
Experience you need: - Proven ability to interpret technical specifications and thermal engine systems. - Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience within power generation. - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering discipline. - Strong commercial acumen with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.
Nice to have / Bonus: - Knowledge of Malaysian energy regulations and green incentive programs. - Experience within data centers, district cooling, or EPC sectors.
