* Be present on the yard and on board vessels on a daily basis to monitor activities, risks and safety measures.
* Carry out safety rounds, inspections and audits to identify unsafe situations and technical risks, and quickly implement the necessary corrective actions.
* Address and raise awareness among employees and subcontractors, and ensure safety rules are applied correctly.
* Prepare, update and follow up risk assessments, safety procedures and action points.
* Monitor safety during maintenance and repair activities, including the safe isolation of work areas and technical installations.
* Provide practical safety advice and discuss improvement points with Superintendents, technical staff, naval personnel, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
* Ensure proper administrative follow-up and reporting on safety and prevention.
