(DSA) is seeking a high-performing <strong>Recruiter </strong>to support full-cycle hiring across cleared and technical programs. This role is ideal for a <strong>modern, AI-enabled recruiter</strong> who thrives in a fast-paced GovCon environment and understands how to attract and close cleared talent.</div> <div class="paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol">You will partner directly with hiring managers, own requisitions end-to-end, and leverage advanced recruiting tools, data, and AI-driven workflows to deliver mission-critical talent.</div> <hr> <h2><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h2> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, sourcing strategy, and hiring timelines</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Source and engage candidates using: <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Clearance Jobs</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">LinkedIn Recruiter</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Internal databases and referrals</li> </ul> </li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Conduct recruiter screens and evaluate technical, cultural, and clearance fit</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Manage candidate pipelines and drive interview processes, feedback, and closures</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication across stakeholders</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Maintain accurate candidate tracking, scorecards, and reporting in Greenhouse</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Leverage AI tools (Copilot, recruiting automation, etc.) to improve sourcing, screening, and workflow efficiency</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Build and maintain pipelines for cleared and technical roles across DoD and federal programs</li> </ul> <p>Minimum Requirements:  2 years recruiting in in the cleared recruiting environment. </p> <div> <div class="paragraph-in-scc-markdown-text ___1ngh792 ftgm304 f1iaxwol">The ideal candidate will be: </div> <ul> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">A recruiter<strong> who can hit the ground running</strong></li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Highly organized with strong pipeline discipline</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Comfortable working in <strong>Greenhouse-driven structured workflows</strong></li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Data-driven and process-oriented</li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Experienced using <strong>AI to enhance recruiting performance</strong></li> <li class="___ccc16d0 fje8fi8 f1ng9h0j f1bwykku f18jd3zf">Confident managing multiple requisitions in a high-accountability environment</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>#DSA209</p> <p>#LI-MM1</p> </div> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-teams="true">Many of DSA's positions require the ability to obtain a security clearance.
