* Prepare and evaluate supplier offers, contracts, and performance
* Monitor works execution to ensure quality and adherence to standards
* Respond proactively to technical issues and operational incidents
* Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs and budgets
* Review and validate invoices from contractors and suppliers
* Optimize space utilization and coordinate internal relocations
* Organize facility services using dedicated FM tools and systems
