Compensation Snapshot
Employment Type: Independent Contractor
Location: Fully Remote
Time Commitment: Full-Time
Monthly Base Compensation
USD $1,000–$1,500 per month, depending on experience, technical capability, AI proficiency, business analysis expertise, and overall alignment with the role.
Performance Incentives
Monthly KPI-based incentives with opportunities for additional compensation based on successful project delivery, operational improvements, technical leadership, innovation, and measurable business outcomes.

About the Role
As a Technical Project Manager with Business Analysis expertise, you'll lead the planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of multiple concurrent initiatives across product, automation, operations, marketing technology, AI implementation, and digital transformation.
You'll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, map workflows, identify risks, prioritize initiatives, manage delivery, and continuously improve business processes.
This is an AI-first role.
You'll actively leverage AI throughout planning, documentation, analysis, communication, reporting, testing, and project delivery to significantly improve quality and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing
Technical Project Management
Lead multiple concurrent technology and business projects.
Develop project plans, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams.
Monitor project health and proactively manage risks.
Ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Business Analysis
Gather and document business requirements.
Facilitate stakeholder workshops.
Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Produce detailed functional specifications.
Map workflows and customer journeys.
Translate business requirements into clear technical documentation.
AI-First Delivery
Leverage AI to improve:
