Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.</p></div><p><strong>The role</strong><br><br>As a Technical Program Manager, you will own the delivery of a defined workstream within large-scale GPU and data center infrastructure deployment programs. In this role you’ll be responsible for tracking progress, managing dependencies, and ensuring your workstream is delivered on time and at quality.<br>This is a hands-on role at the intersection of infrastructure, execution, and coordination, with strong exposure to real-world data center delivery.<br>Travel: On-site presence at data centers will be required during key deployment phases.<br><br><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own delivery of a defined workstream within a larger data center or infrastructure program.</li> <li>Track scope, schedule, and dependencies, escalating risks when needed.</li> <li>Coordinate with engineering, networking, construction, and operations teams.</li> <li>Maintain clear and structured reporting on progress, risks, and blockers.</li> <li>Support vendor and contractor coordination within your scope.</li> <li>Work closely with the Senior TPM to align on priorities and execution approach.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Scope & Expectations</strong></p> <p>This role requires exposure to physical infrastructure environments, not only software-based projects.<br>You should be comfortable working with or learning about:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Data center environments: </strong>basic understanding of infrastructure readiness (power, cooling, space, networking dependencies).</li> <li><strong>Compute infrastructure:</strong> knowledge about server and storage equipment.</li> <li><strong>Networking:</strong> cabling, connectivity, and integration dependencies.</li> <li><strong>Deployment & bring-up:</strong> understanding how systems move from installation to operational readiness.</li> </ul> <p>You are not expected to be an expert, but you should:</p> <ul> <li>Be willing to learn technical concepts quickly.</li> <li>Understand how different parts of infrastructure depend on each other.</li> <li>Identify when something is not ready or at risk and escalate appropriately.</li> <li>Communicate effectively with technical teams.</li> </ul> <p><strong>We expect you to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>2–5 years of experience in program management, operations, or technical coordination roles.</li> <li>Ability to organize work, track progress, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li> <li>communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.</li> <li>Structured thinking and attention to details.</li> <li>Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technical environment.</li> </ul> <p><strong>It will be an added bonus if you have</strong></p> <ul> <li> <ul> <li>Exposure to data center, networking, or hardware-related projects,</li> <li>Familiarity with program management tools (Jira, Asana, etc.),</li> <li>Understanding of cloud environments infrastructure,</li> <li>Certifications or coursework in program management.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><span style="color: rgb(236, 240, 241);"><strong data-renderer-mark="true" data-vc="VeTDNIn5">#<span data-highlighted="true" data-vc="highlighted-text"><span class="_kqswh2mm" data-vc="cXkgrYBm"><span class="_5pioz8co _189e1dm9 _1il9buyh _19lc184f _d0altlke" data-testid="definition-highlighter">LI</span></span></span>-RK1</strong></span></p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Benefits & Perks:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive compensation</li> <li>Career growth and learning opportunities</li> <li>Flexibility and ownership</li> <li>Collaborative and innovative culture</li> <li>Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects</li> <li>International environment and talented teams</li> </ul> <p><strong>What's it like to work at Nebius:</strong></p> <p>Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI </p> <p><strong>Equal Opportunity Statement:</strong></p> <p>Nebius is an…
