We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.</p></div><p>As a TPM (Data Center) you will be responsible for;</p> <ul> <li>Partner directly with Engineering leaders to track and drive execution of critical initiatives across multiple engineering teams and TPMs</li> <li>Coordinate action items and program milestones from leadership meetings, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.</li> <li>Support teams in collecting and validating progress reports, metrics, and updates ahead of senior reviews to enable high-quality, streamlined discussions.</li> <li>Create and maintain program timelines, execution status to communicate progress and dependencies.</li> <li>Facilitate collaboration across hardware, software, and infrastructure teams to align on goals, deliverables, and timelines.</li> <li>Drive clarity and execution in ambiguous and complex environments by bringing structure, prioritization, and strong follow-through.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong background (10+ years) in Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Leadership.</li> <li>Demonstrated familiarity with Software (SW) and Data Center Hardware (DC HW) technologies.</li> <li>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in project planning tools and tracking progress against complex timelines.</li> <li>Working knowledge of software development processes, Agile / SCRUM methodologies, and release cycles.</li> <li>Familiarity with data center operations, compute, networking, and storage infrastructure at scale.</li> <li>Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while providing structure and driving program execution.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="none">Salary Range: $160K-$350K</span></strong></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:100,&quot;335559739&quot;:100,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto"><strong>Note:</strong> This position is remote.
