<p> </p> <p><strong>Job Title:</strong> Technical Program Manager </p> <p><strong>Key Skills:</strong> Technical Program Management, Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Program Governance, Risk Management, Stakeholder Management, Cloud Transformation</p> <p><strong>Experience:</strong> 10+ years of experience.</p> <p><strong>Location:</strong> Bogotá, Colombia.</p> <p><strong>Mode:</strong> On-site.</p> <p>We at Coforge are hiring <strong>Technical Program Manager (#21938)</strong> with the following skill set.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>· Lead large-scale Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE programs, ensuring successful delivery through effective governance, planning, and execution.</p> <p>· Manage program dependencies, risks, milestones, financials, KPIs, and executive reporting while coordinating offshore and onshore teams.</p> <p>· Partner with engineering, operations, architecture, security, and business stakeholders to drive cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, and operational excellence.</p> <p>· Improve service reliability through automation, observability, incident reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.</p> <p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></p> <p>· 10+ years of experience in IT services, infrastructure, cloud operations, or enterprise technology delivery, including 5+ years as a Technical Program Manager.</p> <p>· Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) programs.</p> <p>· Strong expertise in program governance, wave-based planning, execution tracking, dependency management, and risk mitigation.</p> <p>· Experience coordinating cross-functional, offshore, and onshore engineering teams.</p> <p>· Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging executive leadership and customer-facing teams.</p> <p>· Experience managing cloud transformation and infrastructure modernization initiatives.</p> <p>· Strong understanding of DevOps, SRE principles, cloud operations, and enterprise delivery methodologies.</p> <p>· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</p> <p>· Spanish language proficiency is required.</p> <p>· Excellent communication, leadership, and customer-centric delivery skills.</p> <p><strong>Preferred Skills:</strong></p> <p>· Experience with enterprise cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).</p> <p>· Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery methodologies.</p> <p>· Experience with observability, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.</p> <p>· Relevant program management certifications (PMP, PgMP, Scrum, or equivalent).</p> <p>· Experience managing large-scale, high-visibility enterprise transformation programs.</p> <p>Posted On: 25-06-2026</p> <p>At Coforge, we hire professionals based solely on their skills and qualifications and do not discriminate based on age, disability, religion, gender, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, or nationality.</p>
