We build and operate high-throughput, low-latency infrastructure so customers can achieve predictable performance across diverse workloads, from data processing and orchestration to latency-sensitive services. As the TPM for IaaS powering CoreWeave's CPU Compute, you'll lead cross-functional programs that convert product strategy into scalable, reliable, and observable infrastructure. This role will partner closely with engineering and product teams to drive performance/scalability initiatives that underpin high-throughput CPU clusters in large AI environments.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal">This position is ideal for someone passionate about cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and network services, who excels at building the processes and visibility needed to operate and scale complex, high-throughput platforms.</p> <h3 class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>In this role, you will:</strong></h3> <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Lead and drive execution for end-to-end technical program management for critical cloud infrastructure initiatives, including planning, execution, delivery, and retrospectives</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Define program scope, milestones, and success metrics while managing risks and dependencies</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Partner closely with engineering, product management, operations, and security teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular status updates, addressing risks, and ensuring accountability</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Facilitate and influence technical discussions and decisions to align with long-term infrastructure goals and business objectives</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Develop and implement scalable processes to improve efficiency and predictability in program delivery</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Champion best practices for project and program management, including Agile and other methodologies</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strategically automate and improve day-to-day operations and processes</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Drive long-term infrastructure roadmaps in collaboration with leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs</li> </ul> <h3 class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal"><strong>Who You Are:</strong></h3> <ul class="[li_&]:mb-0 [li_&]:mt-1 [li_&]:gap-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">8+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex programs in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, infrastructure as a service</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and influencing skills with a proven ability to build relationships across technical and non-technical teams</li> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">Excellent written…
