We are looking for a Technical Product Manager - AI to join our Product, Systems, and Insights Team. This individual will report into our Senior Director, PSI and will own the strategy and execution of AI-driven technology initiatives across the business. You will partner closely with developers and business stakeholders to discover, define, and ship AI solutions that create measurable value. This remote position is open to individuals who live in, or are open to relocating to, the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.
This position requires travel to our headquarters in Melville, NY 6 times per year for internal meetings and team building activities. We reimburse reasonable and necessary travel expenses, and you’re also welcome to work on-site anytime beyond these visits – our doors are always open.

Location: Remote
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with time zone flexibility
Base Salary: $116,984 – $146,230 per year
Responsibilities:
• Define and own the AI product roadmap, spanning customer-facing features (search & discovery, personalization, recommendations, and agentic self-service) and internal tools (RAG-based co-pilots, content generation, workflow automation, and decision support systems)
• Partner with developers to scope, architect, and deliver AI solutions, from proof of concept through production deployment
• Lead discovery: identify high-value AI opportunities by engaging with customers, business teams, and data; translate findings into clear problem statements and testable hypotheses
• Write detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in JIRA and Confluence with sufficient technical depth for AI/ML development
• Design and manage experiments and A/B tests to evaluate AI feature performance; analyze results and drive iteration
