This role is ideal for a product professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves—diving into cloud services, validating technical workflows hands-on, partnering closely with engineers, and driving early-stage concepts into impactful customer-facing capabilities.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">You’ll operate at the intersection of PKI, cloud-native architectures, digital identity, and certificate automation—translating complex technical needs into scalable, intuitive solutions that accelerate customer trust workloads. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What you will do</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Cloud, Kubernetes & Platform Enablement</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Implement and iterate on integrations with AWS, Azure, and GCP services—including KMS, Key Vault, CloudHSM, ACM, and CAS.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with engineering to build, test, and validate Kubernetes certificate automation flows (cert-manager, SPIFFE/SPIRE, service meshes, mTLS workflows).</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Drive hands-on prototyping within cloud-native environments, microservices, and containerized deployment architectures.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support design and documentation for CLM integrations across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Technical Execution & Roadmap Delivery</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Translate customer requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage and prioritize backlogs for engineering squads in an Agile development structure.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Build quick proofs-of-concept to evaluate feasibility, integration complexity, and customer value.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Assist with release planning, validation, and rollout of new features.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Customer Discovery & Validation</span></p> <ul> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Conduct structured interviews with practitioners (DevOps, CloudOps, Security, Platform Engineering).</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Present concepts, prototypes, and early builds for targeted feedback loops.</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica,…
