Our client, a well-established company in the food production industry located in Zottegem, is looking for a motivated and experienced **Technical Operator**.

As a Technical Operator, you play a crucial role in the production process.

You ensure that the production lines run efficiently and intervene quickly whenever deviations occur. Thanks to your technical insight, accuracy, and problem-solving skills, production continues smoothly.

**Your responsibilities:**

* Setting up, operating, and monitoring production lines.
* Performing quality checks and making adjustments where necessary.
* Detecting technical malfunctions and independently resolving minor defects.
* Carrying out machine changeovers, cleaning your equipment, and ensuring machines function correctly.
* Recording production data and strictly following established procedures.
* Assisting with preventive maintenance and actively contributing ideas for process improvements.
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.

Working hours are from **Monday to Friday in a two-shift system**:

* Morning shift: **6:00 AM – 2:00 PM**
* Afternoon shift: **2:00 PM – 10:00 PM**
