Our client operates in the production of insulation materials. As a technical machine operator, you will play a key role in the production process. You will set up the machinery correctly and monitor the process closely. You will receive intensive training to fully master the production process.
**Your responsibilities**
* Supplying raw materials on time and correctly
* Setting up and adjusting machines and process parameters
* Inspecting products visually and physically
* Following up on deviations and quality issues
* Recording downtimes and production data
* Supporting colleagues as the point of contact on the production line
* A varied technical role working in two shifts
* Intensive on-the-job training

Gevraagde vaardigheden
- De montage en assemblage controleren (uitzicht, evenwijdigheid, speling, stevigheid, werking, ...) en de nodige aanpassingen uitvoeren
- Gegevens voor productie- en kwaliteitsopvolging registreren (storingen, interventies, ...)
- De installaties controleren en onderhouden (reinigen, smeren, ...)
- De mechanische installatie bevoorraden en toezicht houden op de montage en assemblage van de stukken en onderdelen
- De kwaliteit controleren, de stukken markeren en niet-conforme stukken apart houden
- De handelingen voor montage, assemblage en aanpassingen bepalen De bevoorrading en het gereedschap van de werkpost controleren
- Een geautomatiseerde productielijn aansturen
- De productieopdracht en -wijze nagaan
