Technical Lead / Senior Backend Engineer Java 17/21

What you will do: -Deploy micro-services and RESTful APIs -50% Technical Leadership: Provide architectural guidance and mentorship to an existing team -Justify complex technical trade-offs and drive deep cross-functional architectural alignment -50% hands on engineering: System Design, own cross-domain API designs and lead teams in architecting highly scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems. -Build, Scale & implement complex, highly available software solutions tailored to high-concurrency production environments and fintech regulations. -Partner closely with cross-functional product managers and designers -Maintain quality standards through comprehensive testing and rigorous code reviews

Experience you need: -Backend Mastery: Deep expertise in Java (Min Java 11) and the Spring Boot ecosystem. -Proven Track Record building high-concurrency software. -10+ years supporting enterprise solutions in massive, high-throughput production environments.

Nice to have / Bonus: -Hands-on experience with Kafka event-driven pipelines. -Expertise in Kubernetes orchestration and cloud-native AWS stacks.
