Be a part of an Awesome Tribe Job Description:- About the Role We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing modern cloud infrastructure and CI/CD platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, automation, monitoring, and DevSecOps practices. You will work closely with development, architecture, security, and operations teams to build scalable, secure, and highly available platforms that enable rapid software delivery. Key Responsibilities:-

Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application deployment.

Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads.

Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools.

Automate provisioning, deployment, and operational tasks using scripting.

Configure and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting platforms.

Implement security best practices across infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

Support production environments and troubleshoot incidents.

Optimize infrastructure performance, scalability, availability, and cost.

Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment reliability.

Maintain infrastructure documentation and operational runbooks.

Required Technical Skills:-

Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP

Containers: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm

Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (preferred), CloudFormation/Bicep (good to have)

CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI

Version Control: Git

Operating Systems: Linux Administration

Scripting: Bash, Python, PowerShell

Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Datadog, New Relic

Networking: DNS, Load Balancing, SSL/TLS, Reverse Proxy, VPN, Firewalls

DevSecOps:-

Secret Management

Container Image Scanning

Vulnerability Scanning

IAM Best Practices

Certificate Management

Experience with Trivy, SonarQube, Snyk or similar tools

Good to Have:-

GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux)

Service Mesh (Istio/Linkerd)

Kafka or RabbitMQ

Serverless architectures

Multi-cloud deployments

Disaster Recovery

Cost Optimization (FinOps)

Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)

Soft Skills:-

Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills

Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Ownership mindset

Ability to mentor junior engineers

Strong documentation skills

Qualifications:-

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

4–6 years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering.

Preferred Certifications:-

AWS Certified Solutions Architect / DevOps Engineer

Microsoft Azure Administrator or DevOps Engineer

Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer

Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)

Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)

HashiCorp Terraform Associate
