* Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and guidance to a small team of experienced IT professionals across infrastructure, applications, security, data, and operations.
* Set priorities, coordinate activities, and ensure alignment between IT initiatives and business objectives.
* Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of business-critical platforms and integrations.
* Define and govern IT architecture, technology standards, and engineering best practices.
* Drive the delivery of technology projects, system enhancements, releases, and operational improvements.
* Strengthen DevSecOps, security, monitoring, and operational resilience practices.
* Oversee incident, change, and release management processes.
* Manage external technology partners and vendors, ensuring service quality and operational continuity.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide clear visibility on priorities, risks, and progress.
