This role provides technical leadership across development, maintenance, and modernization efforts, ensuring systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with federal standards. The Technical Lead will guide engineering teams, oversee architecture decisions, and support the continuous improvement of applications operating in a cloud-based environment. </p> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Responsibilities and Duties:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li data-section-id="1ussh2o" data-start="756" data-end="857">Provide technical leadership across application support, maintenance, and enhancement activities.</li> <li data-section-id="197xiir" data-start="858" data-end="948">Design and oversee architecture for Java (Spring, Tomcat) and .NET-based applications.</li> <li data-section-id="1ushz48" data-start="949" data-end="1043">Ensure systems are properly maintained, patched, and compliant with security requirements.</li> <li data-section-id="1vs2kcq" data-start="1044" data-end="1128">Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex, high-priority production issues.</li> <li data-section-id="142zowq" data-start="1129" data-end="1208">Support and optimize database environments including Oracle and PostgreSQL.</li> <li data-section-id="5jefqt" data-start="1209" data-end="1276">Guide development and operations within AWS cloud environments.</li> <li data-section-id="wt99xb" data-start="1277" data-end="1350">Oversee CI/CD pipelines, release management, and SecDevOps practices.</li> <li data-section-id="1im3xhz" data-start="1351" data-end="1426">Ensure adherence to code quality, testing, and documentation standards.</li> <li data-section-id="qktu02" data-start="1427" data-end="1514">Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.</li> <li data-section-id="1fejv92" data-start="1515" data-end="1606">Support integration tools such as Informatica and reporting tools like Crystal Reports.</li> <li data-section-id="1c3zd92" data-start="1607" data-end="1701">Participate in Agile processes and ensure work is properly tracked and prioritized (Jira).</li> <li data-section-id="uj9p1m" data-start="1702" data-end="1776">Provide mentorship and technical guidance to engineering team members.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Requirements: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li data-section-id="cn824l" data-start="1793" data-end="1906">Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).</li> <li data-section-id="heo690" data-start="401" data-end="514">8+ years of experience<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>in software development, systems engineering, or application support environments.</li> <li data-section-id="esjf2c" data-start="515" data-end="630">3+ years of experience in a Technical Lead or senior-level role<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>guiding architecture and engineering teams.</li> <li data-section-id="174uoym" data-start="1907" data-end="2011">Proven experience in a Technical Lead or senior engineering role supporting enterprise applications.</li> <li data-section-id="qg9ysm" data-start="2012" data-end="2206">Strong hands-on experience with: <ul data-start="2049" data-end="2206"> <li data-section-id="1uvdrxj" data-start="2049"…
