With heavy investment in the latest trading technology, Axi seeks to offer the most comprehensive end-to-end trading experience available, servicing traders of all levels from beginners to institutional-level clients.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Let's talk about the cool stuff you will do at Axi!</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a Technical Business Analyst who will p<span data-teams="true">lay a key role within the Operations, Governance, and Control team by gathering, analysing, and documenting data requirements to support the delivery of a centralised, self-service data platform across all business divisions, while assuming responsibility for existing data reporting and operational support activities. The role will have significant responsibility within the Data Strategy initiatives, including leading the end-to-end migration, reconciliation, and validation of five critical data domains to ensure business reporting requirements are successfully transitioned and aligned with business needs. In parallel, the position will contribute to foundational Data Strategy enablers, such as Master Data Management (MDM), data lineage, data cataloguing, and governance artefacts - essential to achieving sustainable, scalable, and compliant self-service analytics. The Technical Business Analyst will also produce high-quality documentation and actionable reports and dashboards to support informed, data-driven decision-making across program teams and senior leadership. You will work in a <strong data-start="372" data-end="388">hybrid setup</strong>, with your day beginning at <strong data-start="417" data-end="432">7:30 AM IST</strong> to collaborate effectively with our global teams.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your EDGE Assignment/You Will</strong></p> <ul> <li>Gather, analyse, and document data and reporting requirements across business divisions to support delivery of a centralised, self-service data platform.</li> <li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineering, and tech ops teams to translate business needs into clear, traceable technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, using Jira and Azure DevOps, ensuring alignment with agile delivery cycles.</li> <li>Lead requirements, planning, and validation activities for the end-to-end migration, reconciliation, and testing of five critical data domains, ensuring reporting continuity and alignment with business needs.</li> <li>Maintain ownership of existing data reporting and operational support activities, promptly identifying and resolving reporting or data quality issues.</li> <li>Document current and future state processes, data flows, and governance standards, ensuring clear, accessible, and version-controlled documentation.</li> <li>Contribute to foundational Data Strategy initiatives, including Master Data Management (MDM), data lineage, data cataloguing, and governance artefact development.</li> <li>Ensure all data initiatives align with organisational data governance, security, privacy, and compliance requirements.</li> <li>Support testing and validation activities, including UAT preparation, issue tracking, and verification of migrated and newly developed data solutions.</li> <li>Monitor project progress, dependencies, and risks, proactively escalating issues and recommending solutions to maintain delivery timelines.</li> <li>Prepare and present high-quality reports and dashboards using Power BI (proficient in DAX and SQL) to provide actionable insights for program teams and senior leadership.</li> <li>Demonstrate flexibility to support team priorities as needed, readily pivoting to assist across tasks and initiatives.</li> <li>Take accountability and ownership for deliverables, working independently without close supervision while actively collaborating and contributing to team success.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Are you the one?</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="222" data-end="344"> <div data-start="224" data-end="344">10+ years of experience as a <strong data-start="253" data-end="283">Technical Business Analyst</strong>, preferably in data-driven and product-based environments.</div> </li> <li data-start="222" data-end="344"> <div data-start="224" data-end="344">Strong hands-on experience with <strong data-start="379" data-end="399">Power BI and DAX</strong>, including building dashboards, reporting solutions, and translating business insights into actionable data.</div> </li> <li data-start="511" data-end="633"> <div data-start="513" data-end="633">Proficiency in <strong data-start="528" data-end="550">Databricks and SQL</strong> for data analysis, querying, and supporting analytics and reporting initiatives.</div> </li> <li data-start="511" data-end="633">Hands-on experience using <strong data-start="592" data-end="606">Confluence</strong> for documentation, collaboration, and knowledge management.</li> <li data-start="634" data-end="785"> <div…
