The TAL will drive adoption of AI, cloud technologies and software applications with security in mind.</p> <p><strong>The Work:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide technical leadership, thought leadership and strategic guidance across account projects. This includes engaging teams / customers, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and assisting in remediation/risk mitigation strategies.</li> <li>Identify, solution and write to technical opportunities&nbsp;in the account pipeline.</li> <li>Grow and mentor technical staff.</li> <li>Support corporate information technology and security initiatives to ensure program compliance while minimizing impact to client/mission delivery.</li> <li>Actively contribute to and lead technical collaboration engagements across the portfolio (identify opportunities for technology reuse and technical collaboration). &nbsp;</li> <li>Evaluate current projects (cloud infrastructure, software architecture, DevSecOps pipelines, etc) and recommend improvements to security, scalability, and cost; Support the identification, validation, and resolution of vulnerabilities and risks.</li> <li>Represent technical viewpoints to diverse audiences and make timely and prudent technical risk decisions.</li> <li>Identify and develop process improvements and efficiencies.</li> <li>Role requires a high visibility profile, including the need to speak at conferences, interface with executives, and maintain a position of authority.</li> <li>Engage vendor ecosystem partners as needed to ensure latest industry capabilities are identified and leveraged where applicable.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Here's What You Need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelors Degree or 15+ years of industry experience</li> <li>10+ years Project Management and/or Engagement Management experience in the Federal technology space</li> <li>5 years of direct experience in cloud delivery, growth and/or solutions</li> <li>Proven ability and demonstrated success in working with teams and executive leadership in a complex, multi-dimensional environment</li> <li>Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities concurrently</li> <li>Demonstrated experience architecting, designing, configuring, and managing software solutions within public and private cloud service providers</li> <li>Must demonstrate a high level of expertise in cloud security fundamentals, with a deep level of expertise in the overall cloud security landscape/market, and 3rd party tools</li> <li>Experience supporting business development pursuits including: solutioning, technical writing, reviewing proposals, and shaping opportunities with customers</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Skills &amp; Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with cloud service providers (Amazon, Azure, Google) and cloud operations; Relevant cloud certifications such as Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect or AWS Cloud Practitioner</li> <li>Experience in managing information security functions, strategy and risk</li> <li>Ability to take ownership, work under pressure and meet deadlines on time while handling multiple priorities navigating challenging situations</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and technical communication (written and oral) skills</li> <li>Ability to both work in a team environment (team player and leader), while also have the ability to work independently with minimal direction; self-starter/self-motivated&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment; Experience adapting existing methods and procedures to create alternative solutions to complex problems</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div…
