Our 1,500+ consultants work across 19 offices worldwide, combining deep sector expertise with hands-on delivery to support more than 970 clients across asset management, wealth management, insurance, and broader financial services.</p> <p>We are expanding our Technology Due Diligence offering within the Strategy & Deals team and are seeking experienced professionals to lead high-profile buy-side and sell-side engagements. Our engagements deliver targeted assessments of technology risk, value creation potential, and operational resilience — enabling investors and corporate clients to make well-informed transaction decisions.</p> <p><strong>Level Guidance</strong></p> <p>We are open at both the Associate and Senior Associate level, depending on candidate experience:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Associate (A): </strong>1<strong>.</strong>5+ years of relevant experience.</li> <li><strong>Senior Associate (SA): </strong>3+ years of relevant experience.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>The responsibilities below apply across both levels; Senior Associates are expected to take greater ownership of client engagement delivery.</p> <p><strong>Engagements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support technology due diligence engagements end-to-end, taking responsibility over owning sections of the report; covering topics: technology platforms, architecture, and development practices, and translating technical findings into actionable commercial and investment insights that inform deal strategy.</li> <li>Assess enterprise technology environments, architecture, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and software development practices in the context of the transaction thesis.</li> <li>Evaluate how AI, data platforms, and emerging technologies support the commercial strategy, product roadmap, and growth ambitions.</li> <li>Translate technical findings into commercial, financial, and investment insights that directly inform client decision-making.</li> <li>For fintech and software platform targets, evaluate the product architecture, data assets, and platform scalability alongside the commercial value of the product in the market.</li> <li>Where the engagement involves an integration, assess IT synergy opportunities and identify key IT integration considerations.</li> <li>Where the engagement involves a carve-out, assess the standalone operating model impacts on IT and evaluate related standalone cost adjustments for IT expenditure</li> </ul> <p><strong>Client & Stakeholder Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support client account development through excellence in delivery.</li> <li>Take lead on client communications such as engagement updates and responding to requests.</li> <li>Structure and present conclusions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Team & Practice</strong></p> <ul> <li>Mentor and develop team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and knowledge sharing across the team.</li> <li>Support business development efforts, including proposals, client pitches, and thought leadership.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>1.5+ to 3+ years of relevant experience (see Level Guidance above).</li> <li>Strong track record of delivering technology-focused due diligence within financial services.</li> <li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to distil complex findings into actionable insights.</li> <li>Proven experience on technology due diligence engagements.</li> <li>Demonstrable depth in emerging technology (e.g., AI, GenAI, data platforms), combined with the ability to connect technical findings to commercial strategy, product competitiveness, and investment outcomes.</li> <li>Familiarity with adjacent workstreams — such as operational due diligence or integration planning — is advantageous.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary with annual profit-sharing opportunity</li> <li>401k matching</li> <li>25 days of annual paid time off</li> <li>Supplemented medical, dental and vision coverage</li> <li>Comprehensive training and development programs, including support for professional qualifications such as the CFA and IMC</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><em data-olk-copy-source="MailCompose">There are a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to - skill sets, experience and training, and licensure and certifications. A reasonable estimate of the range is $105,000 to $195,000 subject to change based on salary benchmarking. In addition to this salary, employees would be eligible for both variable and non-variable benefits.</em> </p> <p> </p>
