For our client, a global market leader in supply chain management for premier fashion and lifestyle brands, we are seeking an experienced and people-oriented Team Leader for the permanent late shift. In this role, you will become part of 'The Backstage Crew', managing and coaching an operational team within a high-speed e-commerce and retail warehouse environment. You will be responsible for orchestrating daily tasks, driving productivity, and ensuring strict quality standards and deadlines are met. This is a dynamic position where continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence take center stage.

* Directly manage, coach, and inspire a dedicated team of warehouse operators during the permanent late shift. * Organize, assign, and monitor daily operational planning and workloads to ensure maximum efficiency. * Oversee and optimize end-to-end warehouse processes, logistical flows, and department productivity. * Guide, onboard, and provide continuous training for both new and existing team members. * Proactively identify, propose, and implement process enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), safeguard quality controls, and ensure all outbound deadlines are met. * Troubleshoot operational issues on the floor and assist with basic HR-related processes and personnel administration. * Act as the primary point of contact during the shift and report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, stepping in to cover their responsibilities when required.
