This company (re)packages and stores frozen and chilled food products for numerous European businesses. They do this in a customized way for each client. By 2027, the company aims to have more than 300 employees working together on 25,000 unique packaging assignments.

You oversee the production process and, together with your team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

* You monitor the operation of **3 automatic packaging machines**
* You manage **3 operators and 2 forklift drivers** and provide guidance throughout their work
* You actively work on the machines yourself and step in wherever needed
* You set up, monitor, and adjust the packaging machines
* During production, you monitor **quality, safety, efficiency, and production planning**
* You carry out checks on products and packaging
* You identify malfunctions and deviations and resolve them yourself whenever possible
* You ensure an efficient distribution of tasks and clear communication within the team
* You are the first point of contact for employees on the production floor
