As a Team Leader within the logistics department, you are responsible for leading and supporting a team of warehouse employees, with a focus on the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of goods. You ensure that operational targets are achieved and that safety and quality standards are consistently followed.

The role consists of four key areas of responsibility. In addition, you are willing to work operationally alongside your team when necessary.

* **Team Leadership:** Train, manage, motivate, and support your team to achieve operational targets, while identifying training and development needs.
* **Operational Management:** Monitor workflows related to the receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipment of parts.
* **Performance & Reporting:** Monitor team performance and results and report these to the Supervisor.
* **Problem Solving:** Resolve minor operational issues and escalate more complex problems when necessary.
