YOUR TASKS

You take on the functional and organizational leadership of our Warehouse team and ensure smooth logistics operations – from incoming goods, storage and picking through to outgoing goods. You make sure that your team has clear priorities, works safely, and that goods are handled efficiently, carefully and in line with our internal processes.

Your responsibilities include:
Functional leadership, workforce planning and development of employees in the warehouse area

Creation of onboarding plans, conducting employee meetings and supporting the selection of new team members

Steering operational processes in Warehouse Management, particularly incoming goods, storage, picking and outgoing goods

Checking, documenting and processing incoming goods as well as reporting transport damage, quality deviations or incorrect deliveries

Responsibility for structured, safe and process-compliant storage, including transfers between international business units and suppliers

Coordination of shipping processes and handover to transport service providers, freight forwarders and parcel services

Organization of the annual inventory and contribution to inventory optimization

Ensuring occupational safety and warehouse safety, including regular checks of rack safety and industrial trucks

Close collaboration with work preparation, Purchasing, Production and Quality Management

Further development of existing processes as well as participation in audits, special projects and internal process improvements

Contribution to the annual budget planning

YOUR SKILLS

For this role, you bring leadership and coordination skills, a good understanding of logistics processes, and a structured, responsible way of working. You are able to give team members clear guidance, set priorities and keep an overview even when several topics are running at the same time. In short: warehouse logistics with composure, structure and a strong team focus.

Initial experience in providing functional guidance, coordinating or motivating team members – or a clear willingness to grow into a leadership role

Enjoyment in supporting team members, providing orientation and achieving strong results together

Experience in warehouse logistics, incoming goods, outgoing goods or materials management

Good understanding of warehouse processes, material flows and shipping operations

Confident use of ERP systems and common IT applications in a warehouse and business environment

Solid English skills for communication in an international business context as well as for working with documents and systems

Confident handling of internal processes, documentation and quality requirements

A careful, reliable and solution-oriented way of working

A strong sense of responsibility when handling goods, inventory and safety requirements

Strong organizational skills and a good sense of priorities in day-to-day operations

Strong communication skills when working with your team, internal interfaces and external service providers
