Team Leader Production

As a Team Leader – Production, you play a key role in our manufacturing operations. You are responsible for coordinating the daily production activities while leading and supporting your team. By combining a people-oriented leadership style with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement, you help achieve production targets and maintain the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities:

* Lead, coach, and motivate operators on the production line. * Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative team environment. * Monitor and continuously improve quality, safety, and workplace organisation. * Oversee the daily production schedule and ensure the production line operates efficiently. * Manage stock levels and ensure the correct use of materials. * Work with production software and ERP systems, including Iris and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. * Perform basic administrative tasks and prepare production reports. * Communicate effectively in either Dutch or English with colleagues and stakeholders.
