<p><strong>Purpose of Position</strong></p> <p>This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and motivated individual to play an integral role in the fast paced and rewarding environment of client and team management. If you are enthusiastic about affiliate marketing and a strong team player, this role is a great opportunity to gain team leadership experience, while working with some of the biggest brands on the network in the US.</p> <p>As a Team Lead, you will provide leadership, guidance, and training to a team of account managers and account executives. In addition, you will oversee the management of a portfolio of top tier clients on our network, while directly providing account management services to between 1 and 5 large brands.</p> <div class="TypographyPresentation TypographyPresentation--medium RichText3-paragraph--withVSpacingNormal RichText3-paragraph HighlightSol HighlightSol--buildingBlock"> <div class="TypographyPresentation TypographyPresentation--medium RichText3-paragraph--withVSpacingNormal RichText3-paragraph HighlightSol HighlightSol--buildingBlock"><strong>Key Tasks</strong> <ul> <li><strong>Advertiser Development & Management</strong> <ul> <li>Assume ownership and serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned clients, providing training, guidance and ongoing support in line with each client’s agreed service level</li> <li>Develop and deliver program strategies, for assigned accounts as well as your direct reports programs, to meet client’s objectives and goals tracking results of these efforts</li> <li>Devise and implement innovative account management tactics that produce competitive and successful affiliate programs</li> <li>Resolve client conflicts in a proactive manner and be the point of contact for escalation when necessary</li> <li>Proactively recruit new affiliates across the portfolio and project manage affiliate migrations in collaboration with clients and publisher team and build a working relationship with top 50 affiliates on network</li> <li>Monitor daily affiliate performance to ensure network compliance</li> <li>Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, publishers, vendors and internal teams via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings</li> <li>Work independently to produce all necessary account management documentation and deliver reports on assigned programs</li> </ul> </li> <li><strong>Leadership, Collaboration & Team Management</strong> <ul> <li>Train, consult and guide direct reports on all aspects of successful key account management across Awin’s core values while being a reference point of knowledge and expertise for the wider team</li> <li>Proactively supervise the management of all assigned clients from launch through campaign optimization</li> <li>Develop a deep understanding of all assigned accounts to produce, present and deliver program strategies</li> <li>Actively monitor client performance across team portfolio and ensure performance is in line with targets set for new and existing campaigns</li> <li>Familiarize yourself with industry trends to inform program management, while keeping your client and team informed of relevant information</li> <li>Attend appropriate client and networking events to enhance client and publisher relationship development</li> <li>Assist in producing quarterly program reviews, case studies, best practice guides, white papers or other relevant communication that highlight opportunities and educate all stakeholders on successful campaign concepts and strategies. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills & Expertise</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>A minimum of 3 years’ experience within the affiliate marketing channel managing enterprise brands</li> <li>Strong time management skills with the ability to be flexible and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Committed to growing programs and providing excellent client service to deliver high levels of client satisfaction to ensure retention</li> <li>Passionate about extracting insights from data and developing program strategies to meet client objectives</li> <li>Experience with forecasting</li> <li>Fast learner with strong team orientation and a positive, can-do attitude</li> <li>Accepts and seeks out ownership while being accountable for own work and work of the team</li> <li>Proficiency with MS Office suite, specifically MS Excel, PowerBI, Tableau and willingness to learn new technology systems</li> </ul> <p>While the above is a guide to general expectation of the role, we expect this position to evolve allowing you greater scope to gain both knowledge and experience within the online and affiliate marketplace</p> <strong>Our Offer </strong></div> <ul class="RichTextList-bulleted"> <li> <div class="TypographyPresentation TypographyPresentation--medium RichText3-paragraph--withVSpacingNormal RichText3-paragraph HighlightSol HighlightSol--buildingBlock"><strong>Flexi-Week</strong>: We prioritize your mental health and wellbeing by offering you a four-day Flexi-Week (with one lighter or completely disconnected day per week) at full pay, with no reduction to your annual holiday allowance.</div> </li> <li> <div class="TypographyPresentation TypographyPresentation--medium RichText3-paragraph--withVSpacingNormal…
