Team Leader

About this role

We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to manage, mentor, and drive a team of real estate agents to meet and exceed targets. You will be responsible for coaching your team, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.
Responsibilities

• Report directly to their assigned Sales Manager.

• Manage and mentor approximately 4–15 Property Consultants.

• Specialize in communities and areas designated by their Sales Manager.

• Support their team with prospecting, listings, viewings, negotiations, and overall performance.

• Coach and develop their agents while maintaining accountability and consistency.

• The role requires being hands-on with CRM systems and using data to guide the team towards success.

• Continue leading by example through their own personal sales performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate, with team leadership or mentoring experience.

• Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills.

• Results-driven with the ability to set goals and hold teams accountable.

• Proficient in CRM systems, performance tracking, and KPI monitoring.

• Problem-solver with a proactive mindset and ability to motivate others.

• Adaptable, collaborative, and able to lead through change.
