We need a **people-focused Team Coach** who feels comfortable working with a mix of personalities and stays calm and approachable under pressure. You help create a positive team atmosphere and you remain calm and respectful in a varied team environment.

* Coach and support warehouse workers so they can work safely, efficiently, and with high quality.
* Motivate the team and help them reach daily targets.
* Follow up on **work schedules** (limited administration).
* Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Operational Manager.
