As a member of CodePath's Talent Engagement team, you will build diverse, qualified pipelines across a wide range of functions from software engineering and data science to philanthropy, curriculum, and marketing.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">CodePath is an AI-native organization building pathways into tech for the next generation of engineers. We move with the pace and ownership culture of a technical startup, and we use AI, including Claude, as a core part of how we work.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">In this role, you'll own top-of-funnel across multiple searches simultaneously.
