This role sits within the Talent Operations function, partnering closely with the <strong>Senior Talent Program Manager</strong> to help scale talent programs, recruiting initiatives, and event-driven hiring across the company.</p> <p data-start="653" data-end="1005">This is a highly collaborative role that blends <strong data-start="701" data-end="783">talent programs, pipeline strategy, event execution, and recruiting operations</strong>.
