Your mission

We’re looking for a Talent Experience Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team! You’ll help us deliver a smooth and engaging experience for every candidate, while learning how recruitment works in a fast-paced, international environment.

What you’ll do

• Support the Talent Acquisition team in delivering an excellent candidate experience

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers

• Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurate and up-to-date

• Communicate schedules and changes to candidates and internal stakeholders

• Assist with improving and streamlining scheduling processes

Who you are

• Currently studying or recently graduated, with an interest in HR or recruitment

• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

• Proactive, positive, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and German

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
