Talent Acquisition Specialist (Tech)

About this role

You'll own full-cycle technical recruiting for Salmon's engineering teams — running high-volume hiring across software engineers, QA, mobile developers, and system analysts while building the sourcing infrastructure to sustain it.

What you'll do

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across multiple open positions simultaneously, maintaining pipeline quality and speed without sacrificing bar.

- Partner directly with engineering hiring managers to define role requirements, calibrate candidate standards, and move quickly on decisions.

- Build and maintain sourcing coverage across LinkedIn, GitHub, Telegram, Stack Overflow, and other platforms where technical talent is active in the Philippines and globally.

What you'll own

- Source, screen, and advance candidates across a consistent pipeline of software engineering, QA, mobile, and systems roles.

- Run structured interviews and coordinate assessment steps end-to-end, from first contact through offer.

- Own ATS hygiene and pipeline tracking in Ashby — stages up to date, no candidate left waiting without a status.

- Conduct market mapping and competitor research to inform sourcing strategy and where to focus search effort.

- Manage candidate experience through the process — clear communication, no unnecessary delays, honest feedback loops.

What makes you a strong fit

- 2+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles (software engineers, QA, mobile, or similar).

- Proven sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Telegram, Stack Overflow, and Boolean search — not just inbound.

- Comfortable managing multiple open roles in parallel without losing pipeline visibility.

- English at B2 or above — you'll screen and communicate with candidates in English daily.

- Experience in a startup, technology-driven company, or international environment.
