As a Talent Acquisition Specialist your responsibilities are:

* Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent
* Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
* Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening to offer stage
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements
* Support employer branding initiatives, onboarding activities, and HR projects
