Jobomschrijving

* Lead **full-cycle recruitment** from intake to onboarding
* Act as a strategic **advisor** to hiring managers
* Build and execute sourcing and talent **pipeline** strategies
* Optimise recruitment **processes** and candidate experience
* Analyse recruitment data and provide actionable insights
* Coach and **challenge** stakeholders on hiring decisions
* Contribute to employer branding initiatives
* Participate in transversal HR and transformation projects
