Talent Acquisition Specialist

About this role

• Manage the end to end recruitment process; sourcing, interviewing, assessing and shortlisting candidates for different sales positions within the company.

• Secure a pipeline of potential candidates through different recruitment channels (Sales Departments Hiring).

• Develop and prepare job descriptions, TA reports and offer letters.

• Search for new recruitment channels to enhance the company’s outreach and accelerate the growth of the company.

• Act as a focal points between internal departments for onboarding.
Requirements

• 6 months up to 2 years of related experience in HR. (Real-estate Experience is a plus)

• Communication and Problem-Solving Skills

• Self -Motivated and Initiative Taker

• Excellent written and spoken English
