Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end technical recruitment process, ensuring timely and quality hiring.

Source candidates through diverse methods, including job boards, social media platforms like LinkedIn, employee referrals, and creative sourcing techniques.

Screen candidates by thoroughly reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, and assessing their suitability for the roles.

Maintain an up-to-date understanding of recruiting trends, technologies, and best practices.

Clearly articulate roles and responsibilities to candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements and expectations.

Conduct reference checks as part of the evaluation process.

Build and nurture a robust candidate pipeline to address current and future hiring needs.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

Strong domain knowledge of the IT industry and technical roles.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, handling various technical positions.

Expertise in using job portals like Naukri and Indeed.

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is highly desirable.

Proven ability to source candidates from social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.

Comprehensive knowledge of the complete recruitment lifecycle, including job assessments, sourcing, screening, conducting initial interviews, and follow-ups.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
