Your Role as Talent Acquisition Manager

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will become a trusted partner to business leaders and a key member of the People team.

Talent Acquisition (70%)

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings to offer management and onboarding.
* Partner closely with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and hiring needs.
* Develop innovative sourcing approaches to attract top talent across Belgium.
* Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Strengthen employer branding initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
* Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously improve processes through data and insights.
* Optimise the use of recruitment tools and ATS platforms.

People & Culture Projects (30%)

* Contribute to employee experience and wellbeing initiatives.
* Support discussions and projects related to compensation & benefits.
* Collaborate on broader HR and organisational development projects.
* Help foster an inclusive, engaging and people-focused company culture.
* Work alongside HR colleagues to continuously improve People practices.
