Entrada is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company aiming to transform the lives of patients by establishing a new class of medicines that engage intracellular targets that have long been considered inaccessible. Through proprietary and versatile approaches, Entrada is advancing a robust development portfolio of genetic medicines for the potential treatment of neuromuscular and inherited retinal diseases, among others. Our lead oligonucleotide programs are in development for the potential treatment of people living with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) who are exon 44, 45, 50 and 51 skipping amenable. Entrada has partnered with Vertex Pharmaceuticals to develop a clinical-stage program, VX-670, for myotonic dystrophy type 1 (DM1).</p> <p>2026 represents a catalyst-rich period for Entrada. We expect multiple clinical data readouts as we advance several DMD programs across the U.K., EU, and U.S. By year-end 2026, we anticipate four clinical-stage programs in our DMD franchise (ENTR-601-44, ENTR-601-45, ENTR-601-50, and ENTR-601-51). You look forward to learning the full lifecycle of talent acquisition while partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, executives, and candidates.</p> <h2>The Opportunity</h2> <p>Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employee Experience, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless recruiting experience for candidates and interview teams alike. You'll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interviews, manage recruiting logistics, and ensure every candidate interaction reflects Entrada's culture, brand, and commitment to excellence. Your work will help our recruiting team operate efficiently, enabling us to attract exceptional talent as we continue to grow and advance our mission.</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <ul> <li>Coordinate complex interview schedules, both remotely and on site, while balancing candidate, interviewer, and business needs.</li> <li>Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by serving as a primary point of contact throughout the interview process and providing timely, professional communication.</li> <li>Manage interview logistics, including scheduling virtual and onsite interviews, preparing interview materials, arranging travel when applicable, and coordinating meeting rooms.</li> <li>Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li> <li>Function as a systems admin and SME for Greenhouse Recruiting.</li> <li>Monitor recruiting calendars and proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or changes.</li> <li>Support recruiting operations by generating reports, maintaining recruiting documentation, and identifying opportunities to improve coordination processes.</li> <li>Assist with recruiting events, career fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives as needed.</li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by recommending process enhancements that improve efficiency and candidate experience.</li> </ul> <h2>The Necessities</h2> <p>At Entrada, our passion for science, our devotion to patients and our values drives our behavior:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Humanity</strong> - We genuinely care about patients and about one another.</li> <li><strong>Tenacity</strong> - We are relentless and persistent in the pursuit of developing therapies for patients.</li> <li><strong>Creativity</strong> - We are creative problem solvers.</li> <li><strong>Collaboration</strong> - We are more than the sum of our parts.</li> <li><strong>Curiosity</strong> - We have a growth mindset and push conventional thought and theory.</li> </ul> <p>To thrive on our team, you will need to come with:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience and 1+ years of recruiting coordination, talent acquisition, human resources, executive scheduling, or related administrative experience in the biotech or similar field strongly preferred.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience coordinating complex calendars and managing multiple competing priorities with exceptional attention to detail.</li> <li>Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, Workday Recruiting, or similar platforms) and calendar management tools such as Outlook or Google Workspace.</li> <li>Outstanding organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a…
