**Description**

* Lead and deliver large-scale IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budget, scope, and quality expectations. * Define and maintain project governance, including planning, risk and change management, stakeholder engagement, progress reporting, and steering committee coordination. * Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage all technical project aspects, including infrastructure, security, performance, system integration, and business acceptance preparation. * Oversee the delivery of external suppliers and partners, ensuring effective management of planning, quality, costs, and procurement processes when required. * Foster collaboration and continuous improvement by coaching Solution Analysts, facilitating knowledge sharing, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and lessons learned.
