The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and leadership in systems engineering, with a proven track record in similar roles or contracts.<span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><strong>What you’ll do: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyze user requirements and lead design and development activities</li> <li>Provide technical leadership and ensure the technical integrity of work and deliverables</li> <li>Develop technical and system documentation</li> <li>Plan system development and interact with government officials</li> <li>Review and approve system engineering documentation</li> <li>Conduct quantitative analysis and provide technical direction for complex hardware/software systems</li> <li>Develop and integrate solutions for Big Data analytics and malware analysis </li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity required</li> <li>Demonstrated experience in Scrum methodologies and/or Agile frameworks</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related field</li> <ul> <li>Five (5) years of relevant experience can substitute for a Bachelor’s degree</li> </ul> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Points if you have: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Ability to lead and manage design and development activities</li> <li>Proficient in developing technical documentation and system planning</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with government officials</li> <li>Proven ability to review and approve system engineering documentation</li> </ul> <p><strong>Clearance</strong>:</p> <p>Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description"><p> </p> <p><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of <strong>California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland</strong></span></span><span class="TextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8" lang="EN-US" data-contrast="auto"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXW225111203 BCX8">. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
