An ideal candidate is someone who has 10+ years of military comms waveform experience, wireless systems or radar, digital signal processing, systems engineering, product development, and leadership skills.<br><br><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO</strong></p> <ul> <li>Design Resilient Communication Systems.</li> <li>Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of software and hardware engineers to develop software defined radios.</li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong experience with DSP implementation for embedded devices and/or software defined radios.</li> <li>Waveform design for resilient communications.</li> <li>Extensive experience with embedded devices, including FPGA, GPU, ARM, and Software Defined Radios.</li> <li>Familiar with wireless communication standards both commercial and DOD (Bluetooth, 3G/4G/5G, Wi-Fi, SINCGARS, MUOS, etc.).</li> <li>Excellent at balancing multiple projects at any given time.</li> <li>Project Management and Leadership experience.</li> <li>Enthusiastic about both working with a team and executing work.</li> <li>25% travel required.</li> <li>Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S.Top Secret with SCI eligibility (Top Secret/SCI).</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">US Salary Range</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$220,000</span><span class="divider">—</span><span>$292,000 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span data-contrast="auto">The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only.
