Provides support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc.</li> <li>Provides Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems. Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to management and internal customers.</li> <li>Configures and manages Linux/RHEL and Windows operating systems and installs/loads operating system software, troubleshoots, maintains integrity and configures network components along with implementing enhancements to improve reliability and performance</li> <li>Monitor daily operations of applications and infrastructure</li> <li>Perform system maintenance tasks including patches and updates</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve application technical issues</li> <li>Assist with user account management and security administration</li> <li>Support system backups and recovery procedures</li> <li>Help maintain system documentation and operational procedures</li> <li>Participate in testing during upgrades and implementations</li> <li>Generate system reports and analyze performance metrics</li> <li>Respond to user support requests related to system functionality</li> </ul> <p><strong>Basic Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4 years of experience in Information Technology; Systems Administration </li> <li>Bachelor's degree in technical discipline from an accredited college university is required.
