System Engineer - The Job

* **Lead IT projects end-to-end** (scope, planning, coordination, reporting).
* Manage infrastructures (Linux, VMware, Hyper-V, SAN/NAS).
* Design & deploy networks (LAN/WAN, VLAN, WiFi, VoIP, routing, switching).
* Secure environments (Sophos, Fortinet).
* Automate & innovate (PowerShell, Python, AI).
* Supervise support, handle incidents, document processes.
* Estimate & manage budgets.
