About the Role As an Advertisers Support Specialist, you will support small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) by providing assistance across multiple communication channels. You'll help clients with product-related questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they have the best possible experience with their advertising solutions. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, technology, and delivering excellent customer service while developing expertise in digital advertising solutions. Requirements What We're Looking For

Native or fluent Turkish (C1/C2) English level B2 or above. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good computer skills. Experience or interest in Digital Marketing or Google Advertising. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Customer-focused mindset. High School Diploma or equivalent. EU Passport/ID or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit. Benefits What We Offer Salary: 1436.16 € gross/month  + Extra Bonus Employment Contract

Initial 12-month contract. Renewable for an additional 12 months. Permanent contract after two years, based on performance.

Working Schedule

Full-time position (40 hours per week). Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday. Rotative Shifts On-site in Lisbon.
