Jobomschrijving

* Manage demand planning, production scheduling and inventory levels for raw materials and semi-finished goods
* Translate sales requirements and production capacity into effective production plans and MRP requirements
* Monitor stock levels, warehouse capacity and material availability while proactively resolving supply bottlenecks
* Analyse supply chain performance through KPIs, reporting and management information
* Coordinate logistics activities, intercompany shipments and international supply flows
* Develop strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence
* Lead and coach a team of three direct reports while driving continuous improvement and standardisation initiatives
